Best Answer:

For some more years, it is bleak, irrespective of Telengana issue. Recession is here to stay till 2010 and Satyam has gone to docks and there is no other industry is venturing in Hyd and hence, the prospects are not good.

There is a say whatever amount you spend on the earth/land. It will not go waste. Some other day you will be benefitted. As of now wait for the election result and the political decision on Telangana???????????????? If you have money it is better time to purchase land or flats as they are now at lower rates may be the rates at yr 2002-03.

It has become a little bit complicated ,especiallly with the elections held recently and to add more woes, the issue of Telangana has been a burning issue this time.Nevertheless, the real estate in Hyderabad will flourish depending upon the area ,especially the area in the close vicinity of International Airport. It has become a hub of investment. If you are looking at the things through the perspective of an investor ,I am sure I could help you with it, as I have been dealing with quite a few prestigious projects surrounding the International airport. Please feel free to call me anytime.
